Stunning Photographs of Mongolian Birds in Flight

Photographing birds in flight is truly a game changing type. I had a great chance to join birding adventure in Mongolia with one of the foremost photographers Batzaya Choijiljav. I have always been impressed with his photography works. I know him as a travel photographer of Mongolia, but for the flying subject I could not believe in my eyes when I found his incredible bird images that taken in Mongolia. 

I wowed with the shots, he coupled his new photography interest with his passion for developing responsible tourism in his country, specifically for the Bird based tourism in Mongolia. We took several bird photography trips around Mongolia last summer and here are some incredible flying bird pictures to show you.

A critically endangered species Yellow-breasted Bunting (Emberiza aureola) in Eastern Mongolia

black-winged stilt (Himantopus himantopus) is a widely distributed very long-legged wader, can be seen at the most wetlands in Mongolia

(Anser cygnoides) is a large goose with a natural breeding range in inland Mongolia. We were lucky enough to see the large flock of these rare beautifies
